Consent Policy

  1. CONSENT BY PARENT(S) OR GUARDIANS

    • At Beyond 8, education is most meaningful when families and our learning tribe, guided by mentors, walk together in openness and trust. This consent page outlines our shared commitments and ensures clarity as we partner to create the safest, most empowering environment for every learner.

  2. ABOUT BEYOND 8

    • Beyond 8 is built on the promise of Learner-Designed Futures. We are a learner-determined program for ambitious teens who co-design their own pathways to top universities in India and abroad. Learners are placed at the centre of their journey. With hyper-personalised timetables, close mentoring, and experiential opportunities, they gain both rigour and freedom to explore the many directions their lives can take. Learners may pursue accredited pathways through Cambridge IGCSE & A Levels, the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), or Common Core (GED, USA). Alongside these, they engage in internships, projects, and transformative experiences that connect learning with real-world practice. Beyond 8 — a brand of Nimble Kits Private Limited — is not recognised as a school by any state or central education department. We operate as a private entity under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, offering accredited learning through Cambridge and NIOS.

  3. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

    • Families play an essential role in designing responsible pathways. By sharing information openly, we can ensure learners are fully supported. By submitting this consent, I/we confirm that I/we have disclosed all relevant information about my/our child’s learning needs, developmental considerations, behavioural challenges, or mental health concerns during enrolment. I/we have also disclosed any prior behaviours flagged by earlier schools or institutions, as well as any diagnosed or suspected learning disabilities, so that Beyond 8 can design pathways responsibly. I/we understand that withholding such information may compromise the support Beyond 8 can provide, and may lead to the discontinuation of services without refund. Beyond 8 commits to supporting every learner with empathy and care. Families help us do this by sharing information transparently, so pathways can be designed with responsibility and safety in mind.

  4. BEHAVIOUR AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT

    • Beyond 8 is a tribe built on trust, respect, and wellbeing. I/we acknowledge that substance use, harassment, or disruptive behaviours are not acceptable in the Beyond 8 tribe. Beyond 8 will make every reasonable attempt to counsel and guide learners in such cases. If behaviours persist or compromise safety and values, Beyond 8 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services without refund. Beyond 8’s decision in such matters will be final, always keeping the best interests of the wider learning community in mind. For details, families may review the Safe Space Policy Handbooks provided separately for Bengaluru and Chennai centres.

  5. RECORDINGS

    • Our Dream Mapping™ process begins with a three-hour conversation to surface a learner’s aspirations and experiences. By consenting, I/we acknowledge that Beyond 8 may record Dream Mapping sessions and other online discussions. These recordings are for internal mentoring, reflection, and quality assurance only. All data remains confidential within the Beyond 8 team and will not be shared externally. Recordings, images, videos, and textual information gathered during sessions remain the property of Beyond 8.

  6. FEE POLICY AND REFUNDS

    • Enrolment at Beyond 8 is subject to our Fee Policy 2026–27 and Fee Refund Policy 2026–27, which are shared with families during the enrolment process. By proceeding, I/we confirm that I/we have read and agree to these terms.

  7. CONSENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    • By signing a consent form or completing an online enrolment, I/we acknowledge and agree that I/we have read and understood the terms above. I/we consent to my/our child’s participation in the Beyond 8 program under these conditions. I/we understand that this partnership is built on openness, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to creating a Learner-Designed Future. In the absence of a signed consent form, any transfer of funds towards enrolment will also be deemed acceptance of these terms.
