At Beyond 8, education works best when families, learners, and mentors partner with openness and trust. This consent page outlines our shared commitments, so we can create a safe, respectful environment and design the right support for every learner.

Beyond 8 supports Learner-Designed Futures through a mentor-led, structured high-school pathway that blends accredited academics with real-world work. Learners may pursue Cambridge IGCSE & A Levels or NIOS, alongside internships, projects, and reflective mentoring.

Beyond 8 is a brand of Nimble Kits Private Limited. We are not recognised as a school by any state or central education department. We operate as a private entity under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, while learners pursue accredited pathways through Cambridge and NIOS.

Families play an essential role in designing responsible pathways. By sharing information openly, we can support learners with care and clarity.

By submitting this consent, I/we confirm that:

• I/we have disclosed relevant information about my/our child’s learning needs, developmental considerations, behavioural patterns, or mental-health considerations that may affect learning, mentoring, or safety.
• I/we have disclosed any diagnosed or suspected learning differences and any prior concerns flagged by earlier institutions that may help Beyond 8 plan support responsibly.
• I/we understand that incomplete disclosure may limit the support Beyond 8 can provide. If a serious omission compromises safety or the learning environment, Beyond 8 may pause or discontinue services, in line with the Fee Policy and Fee Refund Policy shared during enrolment.

Beyond 8 is a small tribe built on trust, respect, and wellbeing. I/we acknowledge that:

• Harassment, bullying, discrimination, substance use on premises, or behaviour that compromises safety is not acceptable in the Beyond 8 tribe.
• Beyond 8 will make every reasonable attempt to counsel and guide learners in such cases.
• If behaviours persist or compromise safety and community wellbeing, Beyond 8 may suspend or discontinue services, following due process and in line with relevant policies.
• For details, families may review the Safe Space Policy Handbook provided for the Bengaluru and Chennai centres.

Our Dream Mapping™ process begins with a long-form conversation to surface a learner’s aspirations and experiences. Some online sessions may also be recorded to support mentoring continuity and quality.

By consenting, I/we acknowledge that:

• Beyond 8 may record Dream Mapping sessions and select online discussions.
• These recordings are for internal mentoring, reflection, training, and quality assurance only.
• Recordings are treated as confidential and are not shared externally without explicit permission, except where required by law.
• Families and learners retain rights to their personal data and likeness. Beyond 8 retains secure access to recordings as part of internal program documentation, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Beyond 8 may provide a secure digital platform (web and/or app) to support communication, documentation, and personalised learning pathways.

By consenting, I/we acknowledge that:

• We may collect and store information shared by families and learners for mentoring, pathway design, progress documentation, and operational communication (for example: forms, reflections, updates, schedules, and reports).
• Some information may relate to wider family context when it is relevant to supporting the learner (for example: preferences, availability, and communication details shared by the family).
• Access to learner and family information is limited to authorised Beyond 8 team members and trusted service providers supporting the platform, under confidentiality obligations.
• Beyond 8 does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for their marketing.
• Data handling, retention, and family rights (access, correction, deletion where applicable) are described in our Privacy Policy.

Enrolment at Beyond 8 is subject to the applicable Fee Policy and Fee Refund Policy shared during the enrolment process. By proceeding, I/we confirm that I/we have read and agree to these terms.

By signing a consent form or completing an online enrolment, I/we acknowledge and agree that:

• I/we have read and understood the terms above.
• I/we consent to the learner’s participation in the Beyond 8 program under these conditions.
• I/we understand this partnership is built on openness, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to creating a Learner-Designed Future.
• In the absence of a signed consent form, any transfer of funds towards enrolment will also be deemed acceptance of these terms and the applicable policies shared with us.
